Tom is a Executive Vice President at Unity Wealth Collective Private Equity Group, his focus is on Wholesale Distribution and the Wealth Management Platform division to support/enhance/differentiate/amplify the great work that financial advisors already do to serve their clients. He is responsible for growth, strategy, development, and execution. He will also support/grow the Investment Banking and M&A services offered by UWC PEG. 



Tom has been in the wealth management industry for over 30 years, the first 10 as a financial advisor or branch leader of advisor teams, and the last 24 years focused on consulting with advisors on finding their optimal business model, operational efficiency, technology solutions, investment solutions, growth strategies (organic and inorganic), client segmentation models, pricing, value stack of services offered, all in an effort to provide better client outcomes and business optimization/valuation. He held these executive management roles at Fidelity and BNY Mellon Pershing, he also recently worked with a few Wealthtech companies, helping them launch their go-to-market growth strategy and liquidity events.



Tom earned his B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, he holds several professional licenses (Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63) and completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of Business - University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his professional career, Tom and his wife (Kelly) live in the NW suburbs of Chicago, with all three of their adult children living nearby. Tom loves spending time with family, golfing with friends, tennis or platform tennis for some good competition, or wakesurfing to relax.
