Michael is Chief Investment Officer for Unity Wealth Collective Private Equity Group with a focus on the company’s real estate ventures and strategic acquisitions. He frequently advises and trains commercial real estate professionals and investors on proper risk assessment, underwriting standards and creative project capitalization.

Michael began his career in commercial real estate over 20 years ago as a processor for a boutique brokerage in Portland Oregon. With his attention to details and aptitude for problem solving, his role grew to include financial analysis across all asset and transaction types. This experience was then utilized as his role expanded as a capital advisor to CRE Investors. He quickly gained a reputation for getting difficult (and previously declined) projects funded for his clients and referral sources.

Michael has made strategic moves within the industry to position himself to assist investors with increasingly sophisticated projects across the country. This has not only expanded his network of capital sources but has put him in direct contact with some of the most difficult transactions to both underwrite and source capital for.
