Mason Harline is the Vice President of Operations and Technology at Unity Wealth Collective Private Equity Group. Mason brings his project management, logistics, and design skills to help craft UWC PEG's unique vision. With expertise in marketing, web design, SEO optimization, and graphic design, Mason is committed to changing how private equity is perceived globally.

He recently graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a BA in Cognitive Science and a Minor in Political Science. While enrolled, Mason held numerous internships and freelance positions in marketing, operations & design. Working with teams nationwide, Mason is no stranger to collaboration. Following University, he was the Marketing Coordinator for Bien-Air Dental, an internationally renowned dental equipment manufacturer. He hopes to bring his vision to the Private Equity sector. Additionally, Mason founded Onion Joe Productions, LLC, an independent graphic web design firm that aims to bring efficient and unique websites to life.

Mason is a committed powerlifter in his free time. He hopes to compete on the national stage one day. When not training, Mason enjoys reading and exploring the outdoors.
