Mark serves as the Sr. VP Strategic Capital for Unity Wealth Collective.

He is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with over two decades of experience in capital markets, private equity, and real estate development. He was previously a Partner at RMP Holdings, LLC, where he excelled in sourcing and raising equity and debt for a diverse range of real estate transactions, with typical equity raises ranging between $5 million and $50 million. Mark has successfully secured funding for build-to-rent communities, assisted living facilities, multifamily and retail developments, and has handled private debt transactions exceeding $250 million.

Previously, Mark served as Vice President – Capital Markets at NOVO Properties in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for raising equity for multifamily acquisition and development opportunities and managing acquisitions in the Carolinas. His expertise in capital markets was honed during his tenure as a Principal at Palace Investment Company, a boutique real estate and private equity firm, where he specialized in fund-raising and managed the company’s real estate brokerage operations. Under Mark's leadership, Palace also ventured into the medical marijuana industry, forming a joint venture partnership that led to the creation of a fund investing in companies supporting the industry.

Mark's earlier career includes roles as Vice President - Brokerage at Hogan Companies, where he led the distressed asset brokerage division, and as a Partner at Fore Properties, LLC, where he oversaw the development of high-end residential properties.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hobart College, where he was a varsity lacrosse player and served as team captain.
