With over 30 years in financial services, Lisa’s experience and unwavering commitment are integral to the firm’s success. Known for her versatility, she oversees accounting activities, payroll services, benefits management, and human resources, embodying the essence of a “Swiss Army knife” in her role.

Lisa’s career began as a financial analyst at Bankers Trust on their residential commercial mortgage-backed securities portfolio and then to Pacific Life on their commercial mortgage-backed securities portfolio. Her work in these environments laid the foundation for her exceptional analytical capabilities and financial acumen. After achieving early success, Lisa took a step back from the corporate world to focus on raising her two boys, a chapter that enriched her perspective and deepened her leadership qualities.

Her return to the workforce has been marked by renewed energy and a commitment to excellence, contributing significantly to Unity Wealth Collective’s growth and stability. Lisa’s colleagues admire her for her strategic thinking and collaborative spirit.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa is an avid lover of the outdoors. She enjoys hiking with family and friends, diving into thought-provoking books, and more recently, rediscovering her passion for building intricate LEGO creations—a pastime that satisfies her creative and detail-oriented nature.

Lisa holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, with a minor in Management, from the University of California, Irvine.
