Kristina is the Senior Vice President, Key Account Relationship Manager for Unity Wealth Collective Private Equity Group LLC (“UWC PEG”). Her previous experience and skills align with UWC PEG’s goals of fostering and growing strategic partnerships.

Kristina brings 25+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Early in her career she was a financial analyst for Bankers Trust and Pacific Life. It was here she developed financial models for asset and commercial backed securities, analyzing risk and return options to support investment decisions. As she acquired businesses, she further improved her skills in strategic planning, budget management and process improvement to support business growth and profitability. She is adept at leveraging data driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance productivity in dynamic environments.

Kristina earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.

Kristina has two adult children who enjoy traveling and cooking as much as she does, often combining the two passions by taking cooking classes together abroad. Fortunately, her friends and family also love to hike and play pickle ball with her, which is extremely conducive to working up an appetite. Being the party planner, comes second nature as it combines all of Kristina’s favorite things: cooking, hosting, playing games, and creating fun moments with family and friends.
