Chat is the Executive Vice President of Operations, Logistics, and Technology at Unity Wealth Collective Private Equity Group, LLC.  With over forty combined years of agriculture, technology, and construction experience, he was recently the Corporate Fleet Manager of a commercial construction company, where he created the day-to-day operations — overseeing the logistics, efficiencies, procedures, and processes. He also held roles as Director of Operations for the Service and Maintenance Division, where he achieved optimal results with competent planning, organization, and a solutions-oriented approach while driving business growth, profitability, and strategic alliances. Before that, he worked as a Project Manager and Service Manager for the same company for fifteen years.

Chat also has extensive experience with one of the world’s top consumer electronics companies, holding positions as Product Specialist, Marketing Director, and Product Planning for eleven years.
Growing up in rural America, Chat entered the workforce at six, milking cows, sorting pigs, working cattle, and working out in the fields seven days a week. Through this experience, Chat learned the value of hard work and what it takes to earn a dollar. His grandpa would remind him, “It’s not about the income; it’s about the outcome.”  Chat sends his boys back during the summers to emphasize the importance of hard work and integrity.

Chat has two boys—one just graduated from Northwest Lineman College, and the other is in junior high. They all love the outdoors and, in their free time, can be found off-grid somewhere camping, riding dirt bikes, SxSs, off-roading, and then finishing the night sitting by the campfire.
