Simeon Nestorov is General Partner of Riviera Capital Partners a leading middle market private equity firm and Managing Director of Berkeley Square Inc., a private equity and direct credit firm focused on structuring, originating and executing credit, structured credit and structured equity transactions for large institutional investors where the firm has strong institutional relationships.

Prior to joining Riviera Capital, Simeon was Managing Partner at Intermediate Growth Capital Funds, a private equity and direct credit family of funds focused on structured credit and special situations. Through these vehicles, he completed transactions and exits in excess of $2 billion on behalf of institutional credit investors and growth companies.

Previously, Simeon oversaw more than $10 billion of credit assets under management, spanning leveraged loans, growth capital, shareholder loans, trade finance, real estate, and project finance. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the UBS Leveraged Finance team in New York and a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Finance and Technology team in Los Angeles, where he helped originate and underwrite more than $50 billion of leveraged and corporate credit exposure.

Simeon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar. Mr. Nestorov is also a CFA Charterholder.
