Jeff founded Wallner Media Group in 2018. Despite being relatively new to the scene, he has already executive produced films featuring A-list actors like Robert DeNiro, Tommy Lee Jones, and Morgan Freeman. Some notable projects include "The Comeback Trail (equity position), The Elevator (equity position), Above Suspicion (P&A investment), and "Songs of Solomon (equity position), which was submitted for consideration at the 93rd Academy Awards. When he first entered the entertainment business as an actor, he was cast in a Broadway Play starring Denzel Washington's wife, Pauletta Washington, Sesame Street's Roscoe Orman, and How Stella Got Her Groove Back actress Phyllis Yvonne Stickney. Jeff was featured in Forbes Magazine as a tuxedo model for the Academy Awards Fashion issue, highlighting the history of the tuxedo. His photo shoot was by world-renowned fashion photographer Antoine Verglas, featuring iconic models such as Stephanie Seymour, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, and Cindy Crawford.
Before entering the entertainment business, Jeff had a successful 20-year wealth management and portfolio management career on Wall Street. He also developed sports and entertainment divisions at financial management firms, managing portfolios for over 200 professional athletes and entertainers. His list included 17 First Round Draft pics and 7 Hall of Fame Baseball players, notably Ken Griffey Jr., Bobby Cox & John Smoltz.
Jeff's expertise extends to investment banking, private equity, wealth management, and bond portfolio management. Before his finance career, he worked in aviation engineering at Grumman Aerospace, contributing to constructing F-14 and EF-111 fighter jets for the US Navy. A former baseball player, Jeff was a high school and college all-American who played in the 2 Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, New Mexico, and the College World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado. Jeff was recruited by the LA Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, and Cincinnati Reds.
